Managed hosting
Web Studios handles the production hosting and deployment foundation used to keep the restaurant website and platform available.
The relationship continues after launch. Web Studios manages the technical foundation and gives restaurant owners direct access to the engineer responsible for their platform in English or Spanish.

Included with every plan
Website, ordering, owner tools, hosting, and support work as one managed restaurant platform.
A managed restaurant website includes the technical work that begins after deployment. Hosting, maintenance, platform updates, support, and key service connections stay with the partner responsible for the build.
Web Studios handles the production hosting and deployment foundation used to keep the restaurant website and platform available.
Continue maintaining the application, applying platform updates, and handling the technical work behind the live experience.
Provide a dedicated local number powered by Telnyx for automated customer order updates, subject to messaging registration and provider requirements.
Communicate with the engineer responsible for the platform in English or Spanish instead of moving through separate sales and support teams.
Restaurant website maintenance matters because menus change, platform dependencies evolve, and technical questions do not stop after the launch date. Web Studios remains responsible for the platform foundation so owners have a clear path when an update or issue needs attention.
Standard domain registration and typical Telnyx messaging costs are usually covered by the monthly membership. Premium domains, higher-than-normal SMS usage, unusual registration or carrier requirements, payment processing, and other third-party costs may be billed separately when applicable.
Keep website, ordering, hosting, updates, and technical support connected.
Talk with the engineer responsible for the platform in English or Spanish.
Separate the managed membership from exceptional or third-party provider charges.
Discuss changes as restaurant needs develop instead of treating launch as the final handoff.
Hosting, production connections, support channels, and ongoing responsibilities are established as part of launch—not left for the restaurant to assemble afterward.
Connect the approved domain, hosting environment, payments, notifications, and other launch requirements.
Check customer and owner paths in production before directing real restaurant traffic to the new experience.
Give the restaurant a direct contact path and clarify how urgent issues, questions, and requested updates are handled.
Continue managing the technical foundation and evaluate changes as the restaurant and platform evolve.
Clear scope, practical boundaries, and no claims that a website or search provider cannot honestly guarantee.
Web Studios LLC handles hosting, application maintenance, platform updates, and technical support for the managed restaurant platform.
Standard domain registration is usually covered by the monthly membership. Premium or specially priced domains may be billed separately with the restaurant’s approval.
Each restaurant receives a dedicated local number powered by Telnyx for automated customer order updates. Typical messaging costs are usually covered; higher usage and special registration, carrier, or provider costs may be billed separately.
Once Web Studios receives all required restaurant assets and information, the website and platform will be made publicly accessible and ready for real orders within 30 calendar days. If that deadline is missed, the first monthly platform payment is $0. Client-caused delays pause the clock, and setup or separately billed third-party costs are not included in the promise.
